Rick Kushel


Rick was most recently a strategic advisor to the Innovations portfolio at The Blackstone Group. Rick joined Blackstone in 2007 to lead a technology spinout which became iLevel Solutions. Rick put together an investment consortium consisting of Blackstone, Carlyle Group, Duff & Phelps, and Hamilton Lane. Rick was CEO of iLevel before it was acquired by Ipreo in 2015. Prior to Blackstone, Rick was Chairman and CEO of Archive Systems, Inc., a leading on-demand document management company he founded in 1991. During his tenure, Archive Systems, Inc. achieved 14 years of double-digit revenue growth, grew to 250 employees and raised over $20M in venture capital from Carlyle Group, Edison Ventures, and NJTC Venture Fund. Rick served on Archive System, Inc.’s board until its recent sale to Access Information Management.

Rick is an active angel investor, a frequent public speaker, and guest lecturer on venture capital and entrepreneurship. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and Business from James Madison University.

Lokesh Seth


Lokesh is responsible for setting the strategy and leading the development of our products and services that empower our clients. He has a distinguished track record of integrating technology and market needs to create innovative products and bringing many award-winning solutions to market. As part of management teams, he has been involved in building several companies, raising capital, executing M&A transactions, and navigating the journey from a startup to an IPO.

Most recently, Lokesh was the CTO at iLEVEL, a technology spinout from the Blackstone Group. He built the portfolio monitoring platform that became the industry leader for private capital. iLEVEL had a successful exit and was acquired by Ipreo. Before joining iLEVEL, Lokesh headed the product and strategy group at Connotate, where he led the development of the firm’s intelligent agent platform. Prior to that, he was CTO at Serviceware, where he guided the company through a successful IPO.

He has a degree in computer science engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India and an MBA from Miami University.

Ben Harrison


Ben has more than ten years of experience working in the investment banking, private equity and software end-markets. Prior to DealCloud, Ben worked for the Charlotte-based private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners and also in M&A advisory with Harris Williams & Co. and Edgeview Partners. Ben is a co-founding member of DealCloud and works alongside the team to help create and execute the organization’s vision as the preeminent industry-specific software solution for professionals in the private capital markets.

Ben is a former director and board member at Reach for Excellence and Sustain Charlotte. He is also a member of the New York Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum tasked with creating local programs that will make a global impact.

Ben is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School and was awarded the William M. Rawls scholarship.

Jim Weber


Jim is a finance and operations executive with over two decades of experience driving growth in both early stage and publicly traded companies, and will have oversight of DealCloud’s finance organization, business planning, accounting, tax, audit and corporate governance.

Jim has a history of working with private equity firms, such as Blackstone, The Carlyle Group, Warburg Pincus, Peak Equity and Wheatley Partners, to help accelerate portfolio company growth that led to eventual successful exits.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and has a degree in accounting from Fordham University. He was named a “Top 40 under 40” by Long Island Business News.

Recently, Jim was the CFO at Valiant Solutions, a cloud-based human capital management solution. Prior to that, Jim was CFO at Ghostery, Inc. where he helped restructure the company to help drive the growth while achieving profitability. Prior to that, Jim worked with iLevel Solutions, where he started at the company at its early stage and culminated with its sale to Ipreo. Prior to iLevel, Jim was CFO, Treasurer and Vice President of Operations for FalconStor Software, a publicly traded company, where he built the financial infrastructure to grow the firm from less than $1M in annual revenue to over $80M.

Stephanie Fels


Stephanie Fels has 10+ years of experience working with clients in the financial services industry. Her expertise lies in SaaS technology solutions and the delivery of data intelligence systems in the capital markets space. She joined DealCloud after leading and expanding Sales & Client Success operations at PitchBook. Her previous experience also includes Client Relationship Management at S&P Capital IQ, covering clients in Europe, the US, and Latin America.

Stephanie is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She earned a B.S. in Economics & Business Management from University of Westminster (UK) and a B.S. in International Business from Groningen Hanzehogeschool (Netherlands).

Erin Guinan


Erin Guinan leads the professional services, training and client success teams at DealCloud. In this role, his team of project managers, implementation analysts, software trainers and client support analysts is solely focused on driving value for our clients through the successful deployment, rollout, and support of the DealCloud platform. Erin has over 20 years of experience working in and building services organizations and has previously worked at Computer Sciences Corporation, SciQuest and Certara.

Erin received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware.

Eric Hayduk


Eric Hayduk is responsible for the definition and execution of the DealCloud product roadmap. Eric most recently led Product Management at iLEVEL Solutions. At iLEVEL, he was part of the team that spun the software out of the Blackstone Group all the way through to the successful exit after being acquired by Ipreo in 2015. Prior to that Eric led the Operations team at Juice Energy and was responsible for the technology used to support the leading retail energy supplier. Eric also covered for-profit education, publishing and advertising companies as a research analyst for Prudential Equity Group.

Eric has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the F.W. Olin School at Babson College. He lives in Westchester, NY with his wife and two young sons.

Saar Menachemi


With an established track record of more than 13 years of providing technology solutions to financial services, Saar is responsible for Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering at DealCloud.

Saar was previously Senior Director, Client Solutions for Ipreo Private Capital Markets, where he was responsible for all client-facing presentations of Ipreo technology, and adapting Ipreo’s products and services to market and client requirements. Saar joined Ipreo through its acquisition of iLEVEL Solutions, where he lead the Client Solutions team. Prior to iLEVEL, held senior account executive roles at AvePoint, a provider of infrastructure management software solutions, and various client services and sales roles at Intralinks, a secure collaboration and document sharing solution.

Saar holds a BA in Information Science and Policy from the University at Albany.

Amit Lalwani


Amit is a seasoned business leader with more than 15 years of experience in product development, global account management and enterprise sales in the investment banking industry. At DealCloud, Amit focuses on driving our business development efforts globally to provide a unified deal management and compliance platform to our investment banking and private equity clients.

Prior to joining DealCloud, Amit was the head of sales at Dealogic (a Carlyle portfolio company), a global provider of capital market content and workflow solutions to investment banks. While at Dealogic, Amit held various roles with growing responsibilities and most recently was responsible for devising the growth strategy and driving new revenue across Dealogic’s products in capital markets spanning Equity, Fixed Income, M&A, and Loans.

Amit has experience running global cross functional teams comprising of product specialists, relationship managers, business development executives and sales executives. Amit drove the consultative selling strategy at Dealogic where he worked closely with sr. investment bankers to help them refine their strategy, target opportunities and have a more meaningful engagement with their clients by co-mingling Dealogic’s data along with the bank’s proprietary data.

Amit received his B.S. in Business Management from NJIT his M.S. in Information Systems with specialization in Corporate Finance from NJIT.

Igor Sapranenko


Igor Sapranenko serves as Vice President of Engineering at DealCloud. He comes with more than 20 years of experience in analysis, design, and development of multi-tiered, distributed web and client/server applications with.NET framework/Java and SQL server/Oracle. He has full knowledge of the system life cycle experience as well as expertise in the financial, media, and healthcare industries.

Igor’s interests include product development, functional programming, building high-traffic systems, complex algorithms, and big data.

Laura Fallone


Laura Fallone came to DealCloud with over 10 years experience growing and designing scalable client success and product support programs at organizations. Based in Charlotte, Ms. Fallone is responsible for developing DealCloud’s Client Success department, accelerating DealCloud’s issue resolution and expanding its on-demand support program.

Prior to DealCloud, Laura worked at several leading technology companies such as MapAnything (acquired by Salesforce),, Townsquare Interaction, and Mediaspace Solutions.
